Fetching Hearts Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue dedicated to saving homeless, abandoned, and abused dogs and placing them in their forever homes. I started volunteering for them in 2022, I attend transports, foster dogs and handle them during adoption events.

Having the opportunity to build and recreate a website for a cause that I am passionate about was a very inspiring and motivating experience.

I had to consider what pages are most frequently visited and how viewers could successfully navigate the site on mobile and desktop in a way that provided ease of use across all platforms. Being that I've used their previous website similar to how other potential adopters & fosters would, it helped me to dive into the best functional capabilities of this site.
